Health Benefits of Singing to Baby

This 2023 article from Childrens Hospital New Orleans outlines the health benefits of singing to your baby. These include:
* increased oxygen saturation levels in the baby;
* parent-infant bonding;
* improved sleep for baby; and
* rhythm and music help infants with language development.

Your baby doesn’t care if you qualify for a singing competition - they’ve known your voice since they were in the womb, and it signals comfort to them. So, don’t hold back. Hum and sing to your little one, and you’ll both feel better.
